Main introduction of slurry pump
The 10 / 8 ST Heavy Duty Centrifugal Slurry Pump is a cantilever, horizontal centrifugal slurry pump with a double pump housing construction. The pump body and pump cover are equipped with a replaceable metal lining or rubber lining. The lining can be used until wear-through, no replacement, extended maintenance cycle and reduced operating costs.
Because the pump has thick bearing parts and heavy-duty brackets, it is suitable for conveying strong abrasion, high concentration slurry or low concentration high lift slurry. It can be connected in multiple stages within the maximum allowable working pressure range of the pump. use.

Features
Single stage, single suction, overhang shaft, centrifugal, double-casing horizontal pump, Wet ends are made of abrasive resistant hard metal or rubber.
Base- High strengthened base is connected with Frame Plate by bolts; The Adjusting Bolt under the Bearing Assembly realize easy adjustment to impeller clearance.
Bearing Assembly:
-High rigidity shaft to handle heavy duty work condition;
-Cartridge bearing assembly jointed with base by bolts;
-Grease Lube bearings fitted in sealed bearing housing, the two labyrinth on both ends prevent the grease from contamination.
Shaft Sleeve - Clearance fit between solid solution treated stainless steel shaft sleeve and shaft as well as the O-rings on both ends prevent the shaft from abrasion and erosion.
Casing - Made of Gray Iron or Ductile Iron, Ribs help casing to stand high pressure.
Impeller - Pump out vanes on both shrouds reduces recirculation and seal pressure.
Wet Ends - Impellers, liners, volutes made of High-Chrome alloy or rubber, both materials are interchangeable.
